Opening of Call for Abstracts
Abstract submission deadline
Oral Communications are the core of the Conference. To ensure that sessions run smoothly and productively, a few basic guidelines must be followed.
All Oral Presentations at NORA6 will be delivered exclusively in English. Free format but please include the NORA6 logo.
As a friendly reminder, the talks should be kept in time. The 12-min talks will have 3 minutes for questions and the 3-min talks will have 2 minutes for questions, if time allows. All slides must also be in English.
Each session will be chaired by a moderator, who will be responsible for indicating the remaining time to speakers and signalling when their allocated time has ended. The chair will also coordinate the Q&A session and facilitate audience interaction.
Posters will be displayed in the designated area throughout the four days of the conference. Poster dimensions must not exceed 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height). At least one of the authors must be present next to their poster during the daily Poster Session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
Posters must be written exclusively in English. Likewise, any graphic material associated with presentations, including PowerPoint (PPT) slides or posters, must also be in English. Free format but please include the NORA6 logo.
Important: Posters accepted for presentation must be printed, transported, and installed by the presenting author or a designated representative, following the guidelines and placement instructions that will be provided in due course. Please note that no poster printing service will be available at the venue.
Important: Please name the abstract file as follows — Last name + First name + _abstract_poster/oral (depending on the selected presentation type). For example: Smith_John_abstract_oral.docx.
Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts. If you wish to submit additional abstracts, a new registration fee will be required for each extra submission.
